Tax refund never received!

I never received my duty reimbursement from 2004. Evidently, SBBandT delivered it to my lender, where it had been declined after which delivered me a sign in that we never obtained. At that time they never created an attempt to contact me. I've experienced connection with the government and my lender during the last 2 yrs attempting to find the "dropped" cash. Lastly the government discovered it. Ever since then this past year I've been often calling this lender, obtaining completing files, obtaining them notarized, and faxing, without any quality insight. I've completed anything they've requested and gotten nowhere. I spend hours about the telephone together, placed on store for more than 20 units in a cut, I've quit an unlimited quantity of voicemails after I may ultimately obtain a the "right" contact. I'm beyond disappointed with one of these individuals, however I've been only welcoming. I've spent weeks attempting to work-this out inside the organization, threatening to get hold of BBB, however they don't care. I've no-where to show; can't get OUR money. They provide me the run-around every single moment I contact as well as for some time I believed it had been a fraud since they're so unprofessional. I watch for callbacks daily. Particularly, a lady from the title of Ruby, continues to be excessively rude and will not contact me back. I've yet to actually increase my speech with one of these individuals who declare to possess such excellent costumer support. They've guaranteed to overnight me the cash period and time again. This case is absurd and frustrating. I'm shocked.
