Don't Let this people take advantage of you ripoff

Please do not go to these people to have your loan due. They are unprofessional and disloyal people. They change my interest rate at the closing, they did fraudalent paperwork on my loan; I though I was doing no document, instead they did full document on my loan and falsify that I have money in my bank which I did not have and at the end they wanted us to come up $10,000 to close on the loan.

At this time, I was in the hospital and on bed rest with my twins. The mortgage company put a third loan on my home because they gave the money to pay the $10,000 balance. They made sure the seller did not have to come with any money, they made us pay that. The lender did not realize I was married and my original application said I was married. I had to tell them that I have not work since Jan. 2006. The seller who is friends of the mortgage company did not tell us that the house should not be occupy at less the work need to be done.

I found out that are home is not worth the $312,000 that we purchase it at. They have put us in a bind that now it is hard to pay the mortgage each and every month. And the broker company kept my reciepts from my bankruptcy. They said they lost it and I know they are wrong.

Can someone help me? The reason I took the loan because I just gave birth to our twins and they were in the hospital and I wanted to make sure they have a home to come to. We have to refinance next year and there is no equity in our home. What can we do?
