World Phantasy tours rip me off of all the money I had.
It was an investment and a promise of interest paid to me monthy at first it came on time. For 2 years I have not heard from them and no money, which they promised me.
They refused to give back my investment. Which I have legal rights to. I am a widow and just can't make up the lost. Some one please help me with this.
