Aspire Visa lied on the telephone when I called to transfer from Nextcard when they went out of business. They said my limit was $7500.00 which I verified 3 times.
Not only was the transfer done wrong. The credit limit changed to much less. They also lied about the rates and are impossible to get a hold of. I also called Visa headquarters and are aware of their practices they suggested a " better Visa"
