I will make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else ripoff

In April i had been searching online for a loan online. I applied several different places and waited for the phone calls. Well in mid April i was contacted by David Marks, he had said that i qualified for a loan in the amount of 5000 dollars. Well seeing as how i needed the money, i had him fax the contract over to be signed. Once i saw the fact that i needed to send money well i knew then that i could not get the loan because if i had that much money i would not need to borrow. He wanted me to send 900.00. I finally dismissed it, but kept the paperwork anyway.

On April 25th i was able to borrow some money from my grandfather. I figured that since i had enough i could send off for the loan. After another careful look at the contract i decided to send the money. This was in large part due to the fact that the money was to go the first 6 months payment. This sounded legitamate to me as i would not have to make a payment till November, its all in the contract. I sent a money gram transaction as instructed by Mr. Marks, with "the possiblity" of the funds to be sent to my bank account on that monday.in my opinion it was more of a promise.

So, Monday the 27th comes, i wait all day checking my account, nothing. I finally received a call on my cell from a Mr Gary Morgan, at 3:30 pm that afternoon stating that the loan has been denied due to not enough collateral. Well after 30 more minutes of frustrating discussion and him wanting me to sen another 900.00 i inform him that i could have used that money on bills, and to go ahead and send me a refund.

Here is where i noticed that this deal did not sound legitamate. He told me that i could not receive a refund until the next billing cycle which he stated was on May 18th. I repeatedly informed him that this was a huge inconvenience to me and that i cannot deal with waiting that long. I pursued this for about a week, and might i add Mr Morgan was very rude, and then i just waited until the 18th to get my money back.

The 18th finally arrived and i checked my bank account periodically throughout the day, once again, no money. However, this time though things got really interesting, when i called to find out the status of my refund, i got a message that just simply said " thank you good bye." Well because i am a resonable man i gave them the benifet of the doubt. I waited all the next week, checking my bank account, the mail and even money gram, still no money. I am beginning think at this point that they are running a scam. What really makes me mad though is that the very day that the money was said to be deposited into my account, the phone number is unreachable. I do think though that the fax number does still work.

Well it is now June 1st, nothing still. I am ready to prosecute these individuals to the fullest extent of the law, and get my money back and the money back for all the other people whom i have found online and who have complained to the BBB about this as well. We all deserve a little something extra as well. I have a 16 month old infant son, and since they STOLE my money, i consider that that a threat to him, and i do not like it when some one threatens my son.

If there is anyone out there that can get my story heard or help me get this company shut down (if they havent already packed up and moved on) i will cooperate to the fullest. I have all the proof you need, except for the phone conversations i had with them, that would be up to them to divulge. Please help me to prosecute these scam artist and put them behind bars where they deserve to be, its not crime to try to get a loan to pay off my bills, whether it was foolish decision or not, but it is crime to STEAL it. They owe me 750.00, that is all i was able to send
