Ripoff of credit information and unsuccessful of money ripoff

This company offered me a secured loan to help me and my family get back on our feet. He apologized that he was unable to get us a loan through a bank but that he had a private lender that was aware of our credit situation and was willing to work with us.

The only thing was that we had to pay the first 4 months of payments before they could wire the money. I was to wire him $900 before I could get $5000. It sounded suspicious to me so I checked his company name. It directed me to his website but this consumer complaints popped up. Peter's name was what caught my attention so I read the report. I called him back and he could't put two words together without stuttering.

I am grateful that I read the report, but I am concerned because he does have all my information. Is there someone who can help with this situation?!?
