Ripoff

I got a letter that offers me a $5,000.00 line of credit without any annual fee or other charges except for a $45.00 membership card fee for regular processing and $49.00 for rush I send a check last month and waiting for that card until now I didnt receive and here I am recently
found out that its a ripoff business.

How could I get back and trace who claim the money? Thanks The Losser
