ASC, ASC Mortgage company appears to be taking terrible advantage of thousands

Business & Finance

It is both upsetting and validating to read the numerous reports with much of the same information, as i have experienced much of the same...

My mortgage payments went up nearly $800 this year-much more than i can afford-i found no help, very limited explantation (they aid it is my tax and insurance-i have sent confirmation of my insurance, but still haven't recieved the right adjustment) the customer service reps are no help-and i have asked o speak with supervisors, still little to no help... I was running a business, had no time to research, found each call incredibly more and more frustrating...

In short, have just decided to sell my home, as i can no longer afford this inflated amount— (which also, by the way, regularly seems to go up $75 with no explanation). My credit was also damaged after they bought my mortgage -i received no notification and tried to pay the company i assumed held my note-was told it had already been paid.

If there are this many reports on this one website—as i stumbled across only looking for their website&this is very serious and certainly should be addressed.
If there is any class action suit, i would love to be a part of it...
