Claimed $1,457.82 Debt on Buffalo Address I Never Lived At

I received a Collection Notice in the mail from Afni, Inc. I placed a call to them the same day to inquire about the collection notice and was told they acquired the accounts from Verizon and this was outstanding debt on a home phone bill for an address in Buffalo New York and the total amount due was $1,457.82. I explained to Jeff (employee i.D. #33697) that I had never lived in New York and this was not my debt. He proceeded to ask for more personal information such as verifying my drivers license, social security number etc. He seemed to have quite a bit of information that he was pulling from somewhere and kept asking me to verify that what he had was correct. When I said I would not verify the information he seemed agitated. DO NOT acknowledge anything. I simply kept saying I was not going to answer any of his questions, was not paying any outstanding debt and certainly was verifying the information he had was correct or incorrect.
