Money taken out of checking account

I never approved a withdrawal from quick card services to take money out of my account needless to say I was shocked when I went to the bank and was over drawn by $49.99 then they of course add the $25.00 nsf charge. I was told this was for a pre paid credit card. It has been 8 weeks and I am still trying to contact them to get my money back. I have no credit card or money. I did talk to the answering service and they said that the only way to contact them was to email the heck out of them. I tried to find the web site quickserivices.com but can not.
