Annoying payment process

I've had several mortgage loans through various banks which have maintained my loans and not have I'd to pay for a $15-20 dollar charge to pay for online or by creditcard. Countrywide, GMAC, MLN and many others possess the web pay choice and not in my own 12 years of possessing many houses had this problem.

I'm to express minimal disappointed and seriously frustrated by the corporation. We as their clients have to be handled having a a bit more treatment.
