Forced to use their lender with terrible rates

Was offered incentives and consessions from the builder. After offer was accepeted was told to get pre qualification from their lender kh financial which we did, but their rates were terrible so they had said we could get a good faith estimate from another lender which we also did our lender beat the monthly payent by almost five hundred dollars. When we told them this they gave us the run around and said that our good faith estimate was not accurate that it was somehow fraud and they would now not let us use our own lender to receive the incentives and concessions that we were promised.

And on top of all of this we have been fighting this for 2 weeks and they just emailed this info to us they didnt even call us to say we can only go through with this deal if we use their lender... So in turn we have emailed them back to cancel the transaction. This is a horrible builder with terrible customer service. Anyone who uses kh financial beware they are a total rip offf!!!
