Hostile foreclosure

Our house lately was foreclosed on by ASC, because of the things they contact NON PAYMENT. I had been 30 days behind on the cost because of economic issues. I approached the corporation to create a partial cost, that they wouldn't obtain. The the following month my finances delivered on track, and today I had been ready to create a complete cost. The corporation required complete cost and blocked me in the cost log in on businesses site. This conduct extended for a few months despite me attempting to create all my funds, less that 1 cost. They began getting many unfamiliar costs along side curiosity. I approached them atleast 4, occasionally five times per month, talking to everybody from customer support to reduction lawsuit. I had been provided every justification from "simply submit that which you have", to "we will place the missed cost about the end-of the mortgage and you'll be present Mr. Ramsey". Nonetheless I submitted all overdue payments they wouldn't consider, such as the missed fee. They nevertheless foreclosed on my house declaring they did not get my check. I'd to stop my check after sending it for them four weeks later. Its interesting the parent organization of ASC is Wells Fargo Mortgage and Wells Fargo purchased my house in the foreclosure purchase and re sold it to ASC. It's also interesting that the car exhibiting the Wells Fargo label privately was observed driving by my house on many events by me, after I skipped 1 cost. And last although not least, it's acutely interesting that of those aforementioned actions happened after my home worth increased $20,000 in one single year and is on the continuous increase because of it is area. I'm not blaming the corporation of something, but my situation is simply INTERESTING! Today my credit is ruined to the stage that I can not actually hire a flat. I'm a with 5 children along with a spouse along with a target of undercover, loophole jumping, non-governmental implementing MORTGAGE COMPANY HOUSE JACKING!
