I am disabled and had a medical emergency so I requested a 150.00 loan, and I received e-mail confirmations from 500 Fast Cash that it would be deposited in my account. I never received the money, and when I informed them they accused me of being dishonest. I had to take a cab to my bank and get an activity statement copied... And take a cab to Kinkos to fax it to them to prove it. I demanded to cancel the loan, and while a phone rep. Said it was cancelled, I still get automated e-mails and text messages informing me my loan is due.
