Dan allcot ripoff verbal humiliation and harassment

I have had a credit card account with Citi Bank for almost 3 years now. Unfortunately, the account went into a collections about a year ago. It was for the amount of about $2,500. It happens! You give college students a credit card, and most of the time this occurs. Anyways, I began to pay off my card with another collections agency and successfully paid off more than $1,500. I went back to school, and did not continue working hence why I physically could not make payments for about 4 months (a semester). I recieved letters and rude phone calls from a Dan Allcot from NCO Financial in Delaware. From the beginning he was extremely rude and "said" he was a lawyer and going to take legal action if I did not pay the amount in full. My remaining balance was only about $904.00. I then called the number on my letter and surprisingly was redirected to Dan. As I asked him why my account had started to collect interest again, he became very loud with me like he had done in previous times. He told me to call my mother and ask her for money, when my personal life is none of his business. He began to call me a little girl and yelled at me telling me to grow up and call him back when I'm ready to pay. I obviously called them with the intensions to pay the amount back but he was so ridiculously rude to me that I couldn't even speak.

I called a second time and asked to speak to a supervisor, he yelled at me again and continued to tell me that I'm an immature little girl and to have my lawyer call him. He continued to belittle me and humiliate me on the phone. Both times he hung up the phone on me. All I did was to question why I was being charged interest again, I was being nice at first and then obviously became stern. I have worked in plenty of customer services jobs in my life and have never been treated so badly. I am not a little girl; I'm 20 years old and fully capable of recieving a credit card, using it, and paying it back. I should have never been harassed and treated that way by a collections employee. I have never met such a low life, rude, idiotic individual in my life. I then spoke to his supervisor who didn't tell me she was his supervisor until the end of the phone call and claimed that he was going to be "repremanded." Bull*! Anyways as for the account, I'm willing to pay it as long as another person or agency represents Citi Bank. I am definitely going to write a letter to the head of the company, I'm just not exactly sure who to direct it to. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me.
