Lawyer Letter Demands $1098.15 on Debt Never Owed

I received a letter this morning from this Lawyer. I have never owed Hurley state bank any money. I ironically lived in New Jersey in 1985-1990 but Bogar is not my name.

I have lived in this same house for many years and never have I gotten anything from these people.
They are telling me I owe $1098.15 but they will gladly settle for $439.26 wow that is one heck of a discount. I pay my debts and I have pulled my report and this is not on there and I will alert the credit bureau of this.

I would like proof i owe this but the is lawyers office wont give me any information. I pray these people that are getting these just dont up and send a check because they are scared. People should require proof, or
liability should be proven.
