Lease Finace Group, CIT unauthorized drafts from my account, 3 yr non-cancellable lease on inoperable acct. Illinois

I too have been ripped off by LFG or better known as CIT. I was duped in to a non - cancel able lease as well. I am in year 3 of my lease and the terminal has been obsolete for 2 years cant be reprogrammed with any other merchant.

I recently sent my payment in in the form of a check. LFG used my check for my payment and changed my billing method to direct draft. As well as drafted my account electronically for unauthorized unauthorized amounts. I never signed anything giving them permission to automatically draft my account.

When I called the service center the agent stated that the collections dept. Can do what ever it is they want. I stated to them that was not legal. I never gave them permission. They cant do that.
