Credit Card Fraud ripoff

I was contacted by Ameri-Trust Financial at my home. They offered me a credit card to help build my credit. They said they report to all 3 of the major credit reporting bureau's. They said send in $200.00 and we will mail you the vouchers for the same amount. I speciacally asked is this a Visa card in which the female representative replied "Yes Mam this is a Visa".

I did not have the funds at the time and she said no problem you can have this taken out next month at your convinence. Well this took place in Feb and I received my card yesterday on April 30. Only to find this is an internet shopping card for products I don't need or want.

This is a complete scam. I feel so mad and disappointed. They will not refund my money and I get the complete run around when I try to talk to this company.
