Withdrew $120.90 from bank account without authorization. They are a fraud

I was attempting to fill out payday loans online, my husband and I have done this before, with no problems. Now I recommend that no one to do this. I filled out a loan on a site that said starter loans direct (starterloansdirect.com) and it has charges and everything. I was turned down for this loan. Did not receive any money from this company.
I did notice a penny deposit from equity first. I did not pay attention to that because we just refinanced the house with a company called equity. Then I saw a debit for $120.95. I called my bank to find out who this was, found out it was equity first, linked them together.
Called the number and pressed option 3 the other options got me no where. 3 is for Bank to call on behalf of client to find out what is this debit about. The woman would not give me any info just go to webchex.com, if you want to find out what this is about.
When I put webchex.com it didn't have information about what this is about. I found out by noticing webchex listed under ripoff report and to my surprise there were others with the same thing happening to them. There is no site for webchex no fax, and you can't talk to a person. All you are able to do is go to starterloansdirect.com and unsubscribe. I printed everything out so I can go to the bank with it.
The lady at my bank (on the phone) even said it looked like my account was compromised because this isn't the only one who did it. There are two more, the second one is Private card services and one by USA credit... Stay away from payday loans online! There are leeches sitting on the ones that are legitament. There are even more that are out there ready to take your money. Just don't do it. If it happened to you cancel everything, make calls, make copies, go to your bank and report it.
