DIDN'T send card, will not answer / return calls, on 4/16/07 she said "YOUR CARD WILL BE THERE IN 24-48 HOURS!" It's ben almost 3 MONTHS! Ripoff

I paid $200 for the card 3months ago. I have been told on at least 20 occasions that my card was in the mail & I should be receiving it in 24-48 hours! I was also told that they would "put more Payment Vouchers in the mail with the card, for my incovenience!"

I told the young lady (WENDY) that if it wasn't here in the 24-48 hrs. That she promised, I wold be contacting the "BBB." Now my calls get hung up or unanswered.

This has GOT to stop!!
