Fraudulent, goes against Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, rude ripoff

Contacted by Ocwen 4-13 claiming that I had a credit card that was left unpaid in 1992. Ocwen was attempting to collect the debt of 1080.00. They wanted my checking account # over the phone and even told me I could write a post dated check. The credit card was not mine. The credit card company they claimed was mine went out of business many years ago. The statute of limitation is 6 years and they claim this account is 14 years old. Told them to never contact me again. They keep calling and harassingme. They claim that they have sent letters.

I have never received any letters from Ocwen nor has this so claimed credit card ever been on my credit report. Ocwen is taking or making old debt and calling people and harassing them to pay debt that doesn't even belong to them. They are very "Rude". Spoke to Froakh Mullen and Ragu in Orlando and Hina in India who claimed to be a supervisor. I do have a lawyer working on this issue.

DOn't let Ocwen fool you into thinking you owe them money. They have a history of class action lawsuits and for going against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Beware of fraudulent acts by ocwen.
