I desperately needed to refinance my mortgage to pay off my credit debt, and hopefully lower my monthly payments; since we havent been able to keep up with the payments we are in danger of losing our home. But with all of our mortgage lates, and our credit scores being to low, we didnt qualify for any loan! So we needed to fix our credit. And thats when we met Lindy Van Cleave with Cole Financial. She reassured us that all we have to do is sign this contract agreement and send with it a check for $1600.00 so that she could get started. She went over our report with us explaining how she was going to be able to remove all derogortory history being reported by our creditors also negotiate pay-off's on the accounts in collection and have our mortgage lates removed. Upon completion of these tasks that our fico scores would increase from the low 500's to at least the mid 600's then we would have no problem with our refi. The first 4 weeks so it appeared to be making some progress, then all of a sudden she disappears. Wont return our phone calls, nobody answers the phone. Just gone;and nowhere to be found. We tracked down the address where the office of Cole Financial was supposed to be located only to find it had been vacant for the last 18 months. Lindy Van Cleave isnt her real name. We not only lost the $1600.00 we now stand a pretty good chance of losing our home. Please help us find this Credit Repair Predator so this dosent happen to anyone else!!!
