I got a card on the mail as well, decided to check out the website and found this complaint. I decided to call them anyway. When this lady answered the phone immediately asked for my checking account info.

When i asked her if they had a web-site so i could check it while i was talking on the phone she became rude and, she told me it was a catalog club now and hung up.
Please be careful with this people.
