USX Missing $ on my checks, its just not there, and they are rounding down

The per diem program has got me confused, they say because Im in the p/d program that 3cpm is taken from me and I dont know where it goes. I have called&asked about it and I get the run around no straight answer.in other words my cpm & p/d per mile dont add up to what they said I would be making permile.

Now... I have other issues as well. I'm missing 2cpm they say is for school repayment. Its not listed on my paystub anywhere the money is just not there. On top of, that they agreed to pay it, part of my signing on. Are they required to show on my paystub (settlement sheet) all the money withheld? Why! & Where it goes!

Im also tired of running part time and east of the Mississippi River. I was told 48states and 3000plus miles. I call and Im on hold, or hung up on or I get tranfered 3or4 times before I talk to the right person just to get a voice mailbox then, with no return call. Ever. There is more, in a nutshell thats it and can anybody help???
