Unauthorized money to my bank account

On April 3 there is an effort to provide an unauthorized cost of 49.95 against my checking acc0unt. Since there is insufficient funds my lender billed me $22.00 NSF subsequently on April 6 check quantity 9999 was offered again and settled... It wasn't approved and that I never actually heard about these folks... I'd like my account acknowledged for that $22.00 NSF cost and also the $49.95 instantly... This scam and illegal within this region
