Total Rip Off, not interested in any problems with equipment just payment

I too was scammed by these "jewels". Outdated equipment and software made it impossible to change routing and account numbers on hand held machines that were in the field with our technicians. When trying to get a solution all you hear on the other end is that you signed a lease and this has nothing to do with your lease. When asking what good is the equipment if it cannot be used, they state that they don't give a s*. They all must be proud of their employer.

I paid them for over six months trying to get the problem resolved and nothing. I quit paying and receive no less than 10 phone calls a day leaving an automated message for me to call. I was dumb enough to call back and argue about the same issues no less than 5 times.

I will gladly get involved with class action.
