NBF Capital
Financing Junk Semi-Trucks ripoff

Business & Finance

They finaced us a repoed truck, it was suppose to have new tires on it, it did not. It was suppose to have a 10speed transmission it was and auto shift. We should have walked away then but we had already turned in our other truck and they told us it had been checked out and was in good shape so we decided to go ahead and buy it.
Within one month we were in the shop for Transmission problems, thought they was fixed, then we find out the brake pods on the truck were shot so we had them fixed,

Then the transmission breaks down again, we had to have they looked at again. That is all within 1-2 months of owning the truck. Then we ended up having to put 8drive tires on it which was 3,000 dollars, then the transmission messes up again, we got behind one payment because we have put so much into this truck it has come to about 10 to 12,000 dollars.

We contacted NBF to see if we could try to refinance or get into another truck but they said it is not there problem, that is what you get when you buy used.
I understand you are buying at risk, but I also think that that $12,000 dollars within 4months is not acceptable.

The company where he was leased got tired of him breaking down constantly, therefore we had to drop the lease and lost his job. Now we have to file banckruptcy because they repossed the truck, Why is it there is no protection for the consumer? This finance company can sure ruin you financially I would not reccomend to any one to use them.
