Ripoff preditory lending seeking some info HELP! Please i am afraid of loseing our home!

I was given a loan this company called me from noblesville, indiana with no regard to my income and my financial situation had me hurry and sign the paperwork. I am having trouble making payment now and then this time next year it is supposed to go 777.00 a month I am so worried about this. Please do what you can to help. I also was expected to read a good 50 pages at 9:00 pm at night. Then a loan officer came next night after 9P.M. With more papers that she forgot. Very unprofessionall i also work in a bakery in production. I am lucky to make 300.00 wk. And barely make ends meet. Then changed the amout of cash out to make repairs on the house. Was 5000. At the beginning, then they sent 2400.00 they said added fees were not counted in the first signing. Then i get a paper stateing 24 payments 596.74... 6 payments 777.46 then 329 poayments796.89/ then 1 payments 789.52. They surely deceived me! And now i have almost no equaity in our home. A smooth talking deceiving man from national inc. I know now i should have read these papers had it took a week. We needed a new furnace and plumbing badly. Winter was on us and not a choice about that $2000. For that alonei have a daughter and i take care of my mom who is retired and not well. I am trying to get my girl ready for college she is 18. I have so much anxiety at this time and to much tension. And not enough money to do anything. If any one can offer me info on help i would be for ever greatful. Thank you so much.
