The first time i made a payment i was charged a 45 dollar fee they say for being late. Bill was sent 12 days in advance of the due date. I tryed to make a payment over the enternet but it would not let me enter my account information. So i called on the phone they wanted to charge me a 15 dollar fee for that. What to do?
