Ripoff stole my deposit told me that they cannot refund it

Financial freedom usa posing as a brokage company set me up with a debt consolidation company. Had me send them the first payment for debt consolidation. They did not tell me til after i sent them the money that it was a deposit and that when i finish with the debt consolidation they would make the last payment. I finished the debt consolidation. I then contacted financial freedom. I recieved a phone call back from a person which in return gave me a cell phone number of the owner malcom gilles. I place a phone call to him his reply to me his that his company is out of business and he is unable to relinquish my funds to me. Which means i will never receive my money.
