Harassing, repetedly every day by phone, then mail, on a debt 17 years OLD! Ripoff Wilmington

NCO Financial has continuously called us after a 17 year old debt they alledged that my husband had prior to our marriage 13 years ago. PA statute of limitations is 4-6 years on a written debt. This debt, if there is one, is Time Barred and uncollectable, however they continue to annoy and harass us daily.

I now recieve hard copy mail that states if I contact them within 30 days then they assume I owe the debt. If I do not contact them then they will assume I owe the debt. I have the right to contact them to demand that they have no further contact with me, or my husband, and to cease and desist.

I want them stopped. I am contacting them to demand that they stop harassing me, which is illegal anyways, and not to sell this alledged debt to anyone else.
