Fradulently charged my checking acct 149.99 ripoff

At 8pm on 3/21 a call came into our home from a Credit Card Company. My husband and I are not interrested in any Card at all. So I hung up on this gentleman. At 5am my husband called and our Account had been charged and overdrew and the same time this money. $149.99 to be exact. Now not only are we out the money they took but this caused our account to be overdrawn -450.00. HELP how do we really fix this
