They offered to buy out my existing contract to another merchant company, which they never made any attempt to do. Buyer beware. Something is foul!

I was contacted by this company to reduce merchant fees. They downloaded incorrect info into my terminal and made no attempt to correct it. I have a retail store and was without my terminal for over a week. They sent me a pin pada, immediately debited my bank account, but made no effort to connect it.

They promised to buy out my merchant contract, but never made the attempt to do so, or contact the company to follow through. You can never get a human on the phone, and they never return calls in a timely manner. This company reeks of dishonesty. Be careful!
