Unprofessional customer support!

Everybody that I've voiced to is unprofessional particularly Terry Joe. She promises she's the boss which there's no body above her that people may consult with apart from her.

They continually call my house despite they debited my consideration to repay my statement without my agreement. I'm SSI and she got my income. They're still attempting gather more income, and declined deliver me evidence that my consideration is compensated entirely.

Terry Frank frequently laughed at me about the telephone and explained how unaware I'm and place the fax point on in my own hearing. That's extremely unprofessional. They continuously frighten me to get a statement that's been already compensated
