Has anyone heard of this guy? Does anyone know why an "attorney" from Mass is trying to collect a debt that was made in Florida?
They dont send me bills yet they say I owe them money...
They want my bank account info... The rep transfered me to her manager when I didnt ask for her to do so...
I wanted to speak to Attorney Cambece but apparently he was "unavailable"... When I asked when he would become available the "manager" became irrate and snapped back "Mr. Cambece has thousands of these cases." I asked to leave a message and when he was available he could call me back. They refused to leave a message for Mr. Cambece.
Why does this "Attorney" office have a call center?
They were completely belligerent too,
"Well you should have taken care of this debt when it was due for payment Ms. Andrews instead you decided to ruin your credit by ignoring the thousands of {imaginary} letters we sent to your house." (She then noted 3 dates that these letters were sent and they were from last month, none of wich I have recieved)
"I suggest you take care of this matter now Ms. Andrews because we wont be giving you any more curteousey calls"
Yeah so calling my house 3 times a day and harassing me for money when I dont even have a bill. Is considered a curteousy call?!
They talked to my husband about MY debts without verifying he was in fact my husband nor did they have my explicit permission to speak with him.
Whats next?!
Why not send Guido over to muscle my money out of me.
