Jk harris is rip off

I had the same problem with jkharris. Paid them over 1500.00 the filed the oic and that was it, they wouldnt even respond back to the irs or return any of the irs's paperwork. Lucky the lady at the irs called me and i got a cpa to take care of the rest. Cost me another 500.00 but at least it was accepted. Jkharris is crooked. Pretty sad they wouldnt even respond back to the irs.
