Sent package containing loan information ripoff

I was attempting to apply for some govenment grants, when they called me. I was told that i was guaratee a 5000. Grant, and that they would attempt to get me more money i needed to send 299. If i got three denials within six month they would refund my money i have tried to call but no one answers the phone. After sending a letter threating legal action, i received a package for loan information. I have not heard from anyone next mont wll be a year.
