Required cash out-of my account without agreement

On 3/16/07 my handicapped child was searching for methods to help the household economically. She's a 2yr. Old boy. And my handicapped sibling is within our home. Effectively the fast card support required cash out-of our consideration without agreement. After I attempted to inform them I obtain the run-around. I have e mailed them three times as I was aimed to complete. I have yet to get any response, or reimbursement. I observed the artical of 1 additional customer in your site. Professionally, Paticia.
