You can try to cancel, but it won't work, ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

So, I get this offer to get a credit card and I accept it. I get the card in the mail and it is one of those catolog only type cards... Not a credit card at all. I am upset and read everyone's report on the consumer complaints and call the company right then and there and cancelled the card. I was told that because I didn't authorize the card, I wouldn't have to do anything else. That is unequivocably wrong. My bank account was overdrawn and I looked into and I had a 99.95 charge and a 59.95 charge from this company. This also caused me to incur a 54.00 fine in return check fees. I called my bank and they placed a stop check for free for both amounts should this company try to get the money. But, my bank will not return the overdraft fees. I am supposed to deal with the company myself and get the fees back from them. That will never happen. I am now going to be screwed the 54 bucks. But, in addition, I filed a report here when I first got the card and was told that they would work to get me a 29.95 fee returned to me for the initial scam. I have not seen that refund. This is 80 bucks down the drain. So, if anyone offers you a credit card and wants any money up front on the phone... Don't do it. They have all my banking information and who knows what they will try to do. I will be closing my account with my bank as I am outraged they won't help me with my situation and I won't be giving out my information to anyone in the future unless I am already a customer and it is a name I can trust.
