Conned $HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS $ out of little old ladies & men and got away with it! Coco Beach

Never do business of any sort, any time with Dar Waggoner of Coco Beach, Florida! Charm is the viscous grease in which he uses to oil his flim-flam machine.
This sub-human was running something known as the PIPS scam, and he sweet talked $50,000 out of my elderly in-laws. It was all they had, and now they are destitute thanks to this guy's con.

He provided them with a dummy online account based in Malaysia that appeared as if they were making 2% a day on their money.

After the whole thing fell apart and and we began to pursue Waggoner, I had him investigated by the state of Florida Financial crimes division. They found that he had ripped off as many as 50 other people to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Because my in-laws were the last people that he scammed, he turned around and used their money to hire himself a high-powered lawyer, a former US prosecutor to protect himself. He spent over $60,000 on his defense! He cried to the judge that he lost $98,000 of his own money on this scam. So he was a victim of his own scam! And they bought it!

Because part of this crime was done offshore in Malaysia, we are still waiting for information to come to light that would allow us to finally indict this b*&*&. His time is still coming! Meanwhile he has built himself a total financial fortress, which appears to be impregnable.
