Been a customer with MBNA for years. Until recently, I had 12.99% interest rate. They elected to increase this to 19.99%. When I questioned, it was disclosed by them that I had become a credit risk. I pay my debts on time, and the amounts owed, wages never been garnished, never bankrupt and these people "dogged" me out.
I do not recommend this bank... Those of you who use them need to be aware...
