Ripoff dishonest missleading

I thought I was getting a credit card. I was approved for 500.00. They gave me a approved# 5189389. But, I had to give them my checking account# to get it. 129.95 was deducted from my account. They said it would cover the cost of the credits reports. A recorded message came on, that I would receive it in 21 days. All I got was a credit service. The only phone number that I can use is 727-596-8705 but I get a recording.
