Credit Card Harrasment Capitol one fairbanks richmond unfair bad report

I have never in my life seen such harrasment, intimidation tactics and inability to speak with anyone who cares or has authority to help you in this company? I have a credit card with capitol one and have repeatedly told them to never allow me to go over my credit limit yet they continue to allow it and then charge crazy money for it?

Ive had fraud commited on my card yet thier fraud dept. Has NO ability to help you (rather, after waiting hours... They pick up and hang up fast... Especially if its nearing 5pm for them)! Richard Fairbanks obviously has no care for anyone but himself... Call your state reps and request HIM in front of the senate on fair credit practice!!! Or call him direct at 804-967-1000 and ask him to attend these cridical meetings!!!

My children are now being told by Capitol One reps that Daddy Owes Money and needs to call them so the police dont come!!! I have the money I owe them but they wont accept it... They want thier hundreds in over credit charges??? I only went over by a few bucks, and they were NOT supposed to allow it (but did)? PLEASE HELP!!!

I would gladly pay all else but they wont release it, they would rather lose more money by sending it to collection instead of just taking my pricipal... ZERO common sence with this company... Very bad bussiness pratices... Im lucky as i allready own all the houses and cars i want and need... I feel aweful for the younger people who could be seriously hurt forever by this company... Stay away kids!!! This is a bad company!!!
