Ripped me off with no results and took my money

On Nov. 7 I entered into a contract with Brian Williams at Williams Financial Corporation (website williamsfinancialcorporation.com but now has been changed to tradelinesrus.com.) I purchased a level 3 personal credit line ($15000 - $20000 limit) and paid a down payment of $450. I purchased a 2nd level 3 trade line 4 days later and also paid $450 down.

Since that time, I have paid 3 payments of $150 (some were earlier than was required out of good faith). It has now been close to 4 months (2 days short) and I have no updates on my credit reports. I have been given several 'close dates' and deadlines when I should see the results. Nothing.

I have been told by Brian that he was meeting with his manager (Sam Goodman), on conference calls to the credit bureaus, waiting on confirmation faxes, waiting for rescoring to be done, and many other reasons for the delay, and still nothing. He explained there was a fraud alert that had to be removed and that was the problem. There was a fraud alert but no evidence to date shows that this stops new accounts (postitive) to be reported.

To his defense, Brian has been polite and respectful, but that does not make up for services that have not been rendered. I never mentioned his 60 day refund policy, because I was just concerned about getting the trade lines on for my credit. I was patient, polite, professional, and still I have been ripped off.

I have all of the correspondence from Williams Financial Corporation to support my claims and my bank has the records of the debits. I also have my credit reports from the past 4 months to prove nothing has been added. He always says he is working so hard on my account, yet there is always a reason for no changes.

To date, he has stolen $1350. My life has constantly gone down hill due to this situation and I am out of options. He gave me no choice but to write this report, and I am not sure what else I am going to do. I will be fair and update this if something positive changes on this account, but the man played with my dreams long enough.
