They decieved me of being a legitimate company

I recieved a letter in the mail last year in 2006 of feb. From this company cca suggesting to be a member to improved my credit. So I read through it and it seem fine, after contacting them to join I made membership payments of $99.99 on numberous months from april or may to june.

Eventually, they sent me a catalog in the mail of different items that I can purchase. I did not order anything through out the year of For I did not feel good about there services. This year of January I was mailed another letter to remain a member, I contacted them by phone (800-760-4045) to cancel my membership. I also told them not to debit my account for any membership fee they said that I need to write a letter stating my cancelation before Mar 1.

Anyway they did debit my account without my approval. So I contacted my bank to stop payments, however the process was complete of $99.99 twice. I have now made other arrangements with the bank to watch out for CCA.
