This company is really the limit. I knew about all the fees etc etc. And how expensive this card was but this was one of the first so I took it and later now I have 12 other cards some with really low interests rates. So if there is a moron who wants to rebuttal, fine, just dont call me a dont pay your bills bumb because I am not I pay my bills.
Heres the deal, I have had this card for years, always paid on time. And the only time I ever had a problem was with them becuase they changed there website and forced all their customers to re enter all of their information which got all screw up.
Anyway to the point, uually I carry a balance. But lately I have been paying all of my cards off at the end of the month. So after over 4 years of having this card I pay off the balance and by the way the fee they charge you to use online payments cannot be added to payment they insist on biling you for that so you can never actually pay off your card you will always have a balance!
Heres what they dont tell you, they hold your payment for three weeks until they credit your account you cannot use your card for THREE WEEKS IF YOU PAY YOUR BALANCE OFF AT the end of the billing cycle and guess what.By that time a new billing cycle has already come. Its almost impossible to ever I mean EVER have a zero balance with this company.
I called and confirmed this after I was mortified two weeks after paying off my entire balance I went to use the card and was refused. I then saw this ripp of of a company is holding up my available credit for almost a MONTH for nothing.BY the way, the auto draft cleared my bank the next day.
When I called to inquire about this, you get a stepford wife person on the phone who says its on the back of your statement if you read it. Sorry folks this isnt washing with me. You can stick your card you do not care about your customers, they are just a way of squeezing every dime you can.
