Took funds from by bank account with out authorization Internet

In December I was checking out online payday loans, then I had checked my email, and I had a confirmation from Connect Now Usa thanking me for subscribing to their service, I had no Idea who they are or what they are talking about. I had sent them at least 20 emails to their support email address, and never ever got a response, they tell you what to do to cancel before the time limit, I also tried that and it would always give me a bogus page when I would hit the submit button.

I called my bank and they basically said there was nothing they could do. So when it had gone through my bank, I had got the info like their phone number, and contacting them was a joke, when I finally did reach somebody probably two weeks later at least,

I was I told them I did not authorize this, and she told me well did you apply for a payday loan online, and I responded yes, but I didnt sign up with you guys, and you had no right taking my money, then she informed me they would credit back my account in 10 days to two weeks, and I told her that was not good enough it took you in a very short order to take it out, then she be came rude and hung up on me, and to this day I still have no refund.
