Startup Essentials - A 1 Leasing Salesman conned me into beliving that I was processing credit card sales from home. Ripoff Dallas Texas

I was contacted by a gentelman who asked me if I still wanting to work at home asking me if I would be interested in taking care of credit card charges. He talked a very fast talk and the next thing I knew I was being transfered to a account financial advisor. He stated that this would be my one and only chance to speak to her as she had meetings all day.

I did explain to her that I was getting ready for some major neck sergery and the outcome was not looking good. A home business would be the thing for me They stated that all I had to do was process credit card sales for them.

Then they put me through to someone from a different department and the next thing I knew they had me signed up for this laptop computer that I did not need. I had just purchased a new home unit. They had me sign an agreement and save it to my documents and guess what it is gone. BLANK.

I have never received a copy of the agreement in the mail as they stated I would in a few days. That was back in September.

In October I found out that me neck was fractured in three places and need to have me surgery sooner than expected. My husband sent to computer and all the contentsthat came with the laptop to the only address that I had. I do have proof of them receiving it on 10/31/06 in Dallas Tx.

I am now due to have more surgery and I might not be mobil. I guess that they don't care who they prey on as long as they make there money. I have not been able to work since August.

Please if any one knows how I can get involved in a class action suit please let me know.
