One of the biggest ripoffs scams of the century

With all the reporting of this scam it is beyond me how they can continue to scam people and get away with it. I am one of the many who also has a major complaint about this so-called company. I received a free credit report in March and cancelled within the 30 day time period. Today as I was reviewing my credit card statement I noticed a $12 charge from CIC*Triple Advantage, 877-481-6825. I then reviewed my previous statements and found that I had a $12 monthly charge dating back to March 06'. I immediately contacted Niobi at the 877 number provided and she advised that they had no record of my cancellation. She advised that she could cancel now and refund 2 months of payments. I told her that was not satisfactory with me and she asked that I hold while she spoke with her supervisor. When she returned to the line she told me that I could fax the information to another address in order to ask for the additional amounts charged to my account. I ask to speak with her supervisor but was told that she was busy. This went on for about 15 minutes with her putting me on hold 3 times while she spoke with her supervisor. When she finally realized that I wanted answers I was given the opportunity of talking to her supervisor, Ashley. Ashley told me that she could refund 5 months but no more. I again said that was not satisfactory and that I had read the negative comments about them and would be reporting them to the BBB and FTC and anyone else who would listen. She then put me on hold again and when she returned told me that she had tried to contact upper management and that I should be receiving a call within 24-48 hours. What a joke
