Ripoff slum lords tax cheats frauds

Business & Finance

Beware!

For many years these two individuals, using a "Shell" Corporation; Equitable Management And Investment Company have been taking advantage of individuals that as a result of financial difficulties have rented, purchased, or leased optioned real estate that they own within their individual and corporate name.

They are both Florida Real Estate Brokers; Complaints have been filed against them; by me and others.

They are "Scam Artists" that take advantage of others.

They have evaded paying the State Of Florida taxes for years, have scammed the IRS and myself.

Mr. Slive is a "PREDATORY", PRIVATE LENDER, A LOAN SHARK and has for years been acting as a LIcensed Mortgage Lender, without the benefit of being licensed to do so.

I have filed various Complaints with the several Florida Agencies.
